Mental health refers to a person's overall psychological well-being, including their ability to handle stress, cope with emotional turmoil, and manage the challenges and ups of life. It includes a range of aspects, including mood behavior, cognition, and behavior that can be affected by a myriad of factors, including genetics, lifestyle, and environment. Whatever age, race, socioeconomic status, or gender, mental health issues are a problem for anyone. They may manifest as depression, anxiety, or bipolar disorder.
